Reporting to: CFO
Job responsibilities:
Business Process Re-Engineering of department operations including personnel, processes, associated software, and SOX compliance
Develop performance matrices
Work with others outside the department to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer disputes
Mange relationships with outside collection agencies and attorneys
Hands on customer interaction as required
Work with peers to improve operations, customer satisfaction and company results
Job requirements:
10+ years experience in accounts receivable/collections environment
Solid accounting knowledge including credit analysis
Experience with SOX preferred
Proven record of effective management
Excellent communication skills at all levels - internal and external; written and oral
Proven change agent/business process reengineering mindset
Solid ERP skills with respect to redefining software
Analytical thinker and leader
Education:
Degree: BA in Accounting or Finance
Advanced/Certifications: CPA, MBA, CFA, CMA - a plus
Software:
ERP: no specific requirement
MS Excel: Pivots, V&H Lookups
